INT students took advantage of the warm weather we have been experiencing by trying an experiment with melting crayons outside! First the students formed a hypothesis about how much time it would take for the crayons to melt, if it would work or not, and other questions that they came up with. Once outside they used magnifying glasses to help focus the sun rays, and had the crayons start to melt! They finished the experiment in the Makerspace by using a hair dryer, which was more successful than the sun.
