A few teachers around the district had some April fools fun! Mrs. Ostrem has a scientist of the month board that students help her decorate each month. These boys took it over today and made Dr. Doofenshmitrz from Phineas and Ferb the scientist of the day! Mrs. Weber brought the students brownies (brown E’s)!

In a letter to all district families, Gilbert Schools Superintendent, Dr. Christine Trujillo announced Mrs. Cindy Bassett has agreed to continue in her role as the principal of Gilbert High School for the 2022-2023 school year. Read more from Dr.Trujillo’s announcement. 

Congratulations to Gilbert Senior Fernando Villaescusa for qualifying for the state wrestling meet this weekend. This is his second year in a row qualifying! The meet takes place February 17-19 at Wells Fargo Arena, and we can’t wait to see him compete!
