Description

  • Meet monthly with the District Leadership team.
    • Topics for the team’s agenda may include Portrait of a Graduate and professional development.
  • Members will have commitments beyond the once-a-month meeting
    • Trial Portrait of a Graduate student rubrics
    • Presenting ideas to teams
    • Embody the Portrait of a Graduate Philosophy
    • Advance the Portrait of a Graduate work throughout the district
    • Reading of assigned book along with reflections
  • Members of this team may hold another position within the Teacher Leadership System.
  • This team may have homework outside of the workday to support the stipend.
  • Members of the team may hold another position within the Teacher Leadership System.
  • Participate in leadership and content-specific professional development training as needed.
  • Participate in the development of a school-wide culture that promotes professional growth and student learning.

*Stipend is an addition to the teacher’s base salary as according to the District Salary Schedule
