Returning Student Registration

Step 1 – eRegistration

Complete eRegistration through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. This must be done every year, for every student in a family.

Step 2 – Payment

Payments can be made online using RevTrak. This online payment system can be used to pay several fees, such as: textbook/learning material rental, lunch and other items. (!8-19 Student Fees)

Step 3 – Additional Forms

Check the additional forms section below for other forms that MAY need to be filled out for your student(s):

Health History for Returning Students – Updates any health information from prior years (required)

Medication Permission Form – Requests for special medications to be administered during the school day

Allergy Anaphylaxis – Allergy action plan for students with allergies

Asthma Action Plan – School action plan for students with asthma

Certificate Dental Screening – Required for Kindergarten and 9th grade Students

Certificate of Vision Screening – Required for Kindergarten and 3rd grade Students

Healthy Kids Act-Activity Contract – An online form that only needs to be filled out by 9th-12th grade students and their parents
