Gilbert Community School District is preparing to welcome all students back to their classrooms on August 27 using appropriate COVID-19 mitigation strategies. We will be working closely with Story County and IA Dept. of Public Health and following recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and American Academy of Pediatrics. Our planning also provides options for on-line instruction should the need arise due to health concerns related to COVID-19.
DUE TO MAINTENANCE, THE DISTRICT OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED TUESDAY JULY 7.
A Gilbert School Board meeting will be held on Monday, July 20th. The meeting will be held in the District Office Conference Room, Intermediate School, 103 Mathews Drive at 6:00pm. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the maximum number of attendees will be limited to 10 people.
