Welcome to Gilbert High School
At Gilbert High School, we are dedicated to helping Every Student Every Day succeed. The daily actions of all staff and students create a culture of encouragement and pride through the active application of our Vision pillars: Respect, Integrity, Growth, and Pride. Our staff currently serves over 540 students in grades 9-12. Our growing district seeks to offer outstanding programs and learning opportunities while maintaining a small-school feel. Modern facilities, a one-to-one laptop initiative, an emphasis on project-based learning and many school-sponsored clubs make GHS a great place to go to school. GHS was awarded the 2014 Blue Ribbon Schools Award by the United States Department of Education and received an exceptional rating on the new Iowa Report Card. Only 1% of high schools in Iowa received this high of a rating. At GHS, we believe Every Student, Every Day is the key to our success.
