Positive Reinforcement:

At Gilbert Intermediate students are recognized with Tiger Tickets when they are caught being Ready, Safe or Kind. Those Tiger Tickets are put into a drawing for classroom and building-wide acknowledgements. Students who exhibit exemplary behavior on a consistent basis can be nominated for our Tiger BEST (Being an Exemplary Super Tiger) Award. This is a fun way to acknowledge our students who consistently do the right thing!
