Superintendent Note

One exciting event we have coming up for the district is the election of two school board members.  We have four people running for two positions; Sonja Albertson, Destiny Lempiainen, John Nelson, and Deb Ordal.  It is important for voters to get to know these people as the role of a school board member is vital to the work of the school.  We will have a forum on August 28th, 6:30-8:30 pm, in the high school auditorium.  This will be a time for the public to ask questions and listen to the thoughts and ideas these candidates have for the Gilbert school district.  I would encourage stakeholders to come and hear what they have to say as their impact will affect your child’s school.

As always we will have a number of new faces to get to know this year–or old faces in a new spot! Please help me in welcoming the following new staff members:
