Kindergarten Sign-Up For 2023-24 School Year

Kindergarten sign-up for the 2023-24 school year at Gilbert Elementary is now available. Please click HERE to sign up.

Information on Preschool Sign-up for 2023-24 School Year

On Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2023, at 9 a.m., Gilbert Elementary will open the preschool sign-up for the 2023-24 school year. The link will be available on the Gilbert CSD website (www.gilbertcsd.org).

Enrollment priority is given to district residents, students with individualized education plans related to special education services, and then on a first come, first served basis. Morning and afternoon sessions are filled in the order the applications are received.

Transportation is available to and from school for district residents that fall on a regular bus route.

Gilbert Preschool is open to children who will be 4 years old by Sept. 15, 2023.

Jostens Graduation Announcement, Class Ring, and Letter Jacket Presentation

Jostens will be at Gilbert High School on several dates in September to meet with seniors and sophomores. The schedule will be as follows:

Tuesday, Sept. 20

10:45 a.m. – All seniors will meet in the auditorium for the graduation announcement presentation.

11:10 a.m. – All sophomores will meet in the auditorium for the letter jacket and class ring presentation.

Thursday, Sept. 29

10:55 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Graduation announcement, letter jacket, and class ring order day in the lunchroom.

SENIORS, PLEASE NOTE: Mrs. Davis in the office will order all graduation caps, gowns, and tassels. Please see her if you have any questions.
