2022-2023 Preschool Sign-Up on February 1st

Gilbert Elementary offers preschool programming at no cost to families for children who will be 4 years old on or before September 15, 2022. The preschool program operates 4 days a week, and we offer morning (8:05-11:05) and afternoon (12:15-3:15) sessions. A link to sign-up will be available on the district website on February 1st at 9:00am. We will place students in the program based on the order in which they are signed up, as well as their resident district. Out of district students are still able to be in the program, but initial preference is given to those who live in the Gilbert district or have siblings who are already open enrolled into Gilbert. In late February, we will send letters confirming spots in our program.

Enrollment in the Gilbert Preschool Program for out of district students does not guarantee placement in kindergarten. If you live outside of the district, an application for open enrollment for kindergarten should be completed for approval.

2022-2023 Kindergarten Sign-Up

We are currently taking names for our 2022-2023 kindergarten and kindergarten prep classes. To be eligible, a child must turn 5 years old on or before September 15, 2022. We will hold a parent information meeting and round-up later this spring, and formal registration will occur at that time.

Please complete the form linked HERE.

If you have any questions, call the elementary office at 515-232-3744.
